Enterprising Africa Regional Network (Pty) Ltd Group (“EARN”) is driven by the desire to develop successful African Entrepreneurs.
The aim at EARN is to create an enabling environment for African Entrepreneurs to grow profitable sustainable businesses that will compete nationally, regionally and globally.
Unlike in other parts of the world, Africa has the advantage of a young growing population.
Africa’s youth are very entrepreneurial and are becoming increasingly more skilled and educated but with far less opportunities to utilize those skills. EARN aims to work with these young entrepreneurs to identify the opportunities and develop and run successful businesses around them.
EARN sees itself working alongside government and big players in the economy in unlocking some of the bottlenecks to growth and unemployment by developing practical tools, systems and training that help entrepreneurs and small businesses to succeed.
It’s about unlocking the potential and wealth that AFRICA has to provide to the world in a way that everybody wins.
Enterprising Africa Regional Network (Pty) Ltd was formed with the overriding goal of developing entrepreneurs in an innovative and sustainable way to create a pool of people that create jobs instead of looking for jobs. The Acronym of our organisation is therefore very fitting. By encouraging and assisting our people to be enterprising, we enable them to EARN for themselves instead of waiting for handouts.
Enabling African Entrepreneurs to EARN a decent living, EARN independence and respect, EARN dignity and pride, this, in turn, will EARN the continent the respect it deserves. And as more and more African entrepreneurs on our continent succeed, we will be able to increase intra-African trade, and together we will be "Connecting Africa for Business".
