Nikki is an Internal Auditor and Business Administration Specialist who is passionate about assisting SMME’s to grow sustainable businesses by implementing processes, systems, policies and procedures.
This provides a strong foundation and a stable infrastructure. Nikki also teaches the fundamentals of sound, basic business practice and compliance.
Nikki started out in French Bank Cape Town in 1977 and then relocated to Johannesburg in 1981 when she joined Citibank and it was there that she found her love and passion for Internal Auditing.
In 1990, Nikki left the banking world and joined the Housewares Group as Banking Manager and then Internal Auditor. In 1997 Housewares closed its doors & Nikki was transferred to Glomail who was owned by Housewares at that point. Nikki remained with Glomail until 2003, when she left to start Viljoen Consulting.
Nikki also provides and facilitates a number of workshops that are geared specifically for the SME arena – Workshops for Entrepreneurs written and facilitated by Entrepreneurs.
Nikki currently works and collaborates with companies such as (but not limited to) Standard Bank, Business Engage, German Chamber to assist with their Enterprise Development projects and requirements.
