JOSHUA is a Mining Engineer by profession, with a Bachelor of Engineering degree with honours in mining engineering from Camborne School of Mines in Cornwall, UK, and a Master of Engineering degree in Project Management from University of Pretoria in South Africa. He spent almost three decades of his career in the mining industry, of which half was spent in building and running mining business ventures Joshua is an entrepreneur, in general, with several years of experience in building and running successful businesses. He is an expert at building and implementing business models and is good at building global business networks. After retiring from mining in December 2012, he decided to dedicate much of his time on developing young African entrepreneurs, with the current focus in agriculture, to contribute towards food security, job creation, and increasing levels of prosperity. To achieve this objective, he founded Enterprising Africa Regional Network Proprietary Limited ("EARN") in 2014. EARN was formed with the overriding goal of developing entrepreneurs in an innovative and sustainable way.
