Joshua Chimakula Ngoma is the Founder & Chief Enabler of Enterprising Africa Regional Network Proprietary Limited (EARN) and co-Founder of the Josudan Foundation. As Founder & Chief Enabler of EARN, Joshua leads EARN's strategic vision and direction. Joshua oversees EARN Group's overall growth strategy, operations, business development, and partnership initiatives, ensuring that EARN's business growth and innovative approach to entrepreneurship development aligns with its sustainability goals.

Joshua is a seasoned entrepreneur and expert in business model development and implementation, with a rich background in building global business networks. Prior to founding EARN, he spent nearly three decades in the mining industry, of which half was spent building and managing successful mining ventures.

Joshua holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree with honours in mining engineering from Camborne School of Mines, Cornwall, UK, a Master of Engineering degree in Project Management from the University of Pretoria, South Africa, and a Professional Doctorate in Global Leadership and Management from the European International University, Paris, France.

After retiring from mining in December 2012, he shifted his focus to developing African youth in entrepreneurship and innovation, with a focus on agriculture and renewable energy.

Daliso Ngoma is the Founder & Managing Director of African Technopreneurs, where he builds immersive technology, digital commerce, media, and software systems for African markets. His work focuses on making emerging technology practical, visible, and commercially useful.

His current focus spans XR distribution, spatial computing, AI-enabled product ecosystems, founder storytelling, and software systems that support operations, publishing, and growth. He also runs 180by2 and is expanding the practical use of AI across product development, operations, and digital commerce.

Susan is a Non-Executive Board Member of Enterprising Africa Regional Network Proprietary Limited (EARN) and the Co-Founder of the Josudan Foundation, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Certificate in Public Relations. In her role at EARN, she provides strategic oversight and guidance, contributing to the organization’s mission of developing African entrepreneurs. As Co-Founder of the Josudan Foundation, Susan plays a pivotal role in shaping the foundation’s efforts to support and empower communities through various initiatives. Her leadership and commitment to social impact are key drivers behind her contributions to both organizations. Susan is a Board Member of the Foundation.
