Dumile has spent most of his career to date, in the Agribusiness/Mining /IT and FMCG sectors and also has experience in the Steel Manufacturing industry. Particularly adept to streamlining ,re-organising and leading large, cross cultural and diverse(local and international )staff productively, a dedication and passion to drive results ,a career covering Steel Production/Manufacturing, Information Technology, FMCG,Mining and Agri-business industries, in various Accounting and Managerial roles within Finance. Experience accumulated broadly within and across Southern &East Africa. He has 30 years of experience in finance of which ~23 have been in executive leadership roles. He is the Managing Director of EARN Business Solutions and Group Chief Financial Officer of EARN Group of Companies,leading the finance organization and contributing to the sustainable growth of the other Business Units within the Group ,as brands with purpose in South Africa and into Africa, through teams that thrive. He is passionate about leadership, purpose led growth, and the possibilities that this new digital age brings to the finance function. “I push myself and my team to learn and grow every day and believe that anything is possible if you put your mind to it,”he says. As a skilled and experienced Board Executive Director and Group Financial Director, he takes ownership of his work, and challenges the Status quo, with a proven record of establishing cross functional partnerships to deliver stellar results. An agile and strategic leader, strong at seeing the big picture, putting business strategies into place, engaging with stakeholders driving business growth/ operations within finance ,marketing, sales, analytics and business development areas in premier companies. Accountable for multi-million currency budgets to allocate resources to exceed profits and sales goals.
